Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Fatih Babagil, trading as Kuarasoft, Yunusemre Mah. Hürmet Sk. Zirvedağ Evler B Blok No: 12 İç Kapı No: 10, 25080 Palandöken/Erzurum, Türkiye ("we"), for the Taggy app for Android ("Taggy"). By using Taggy you accept them.

1. The license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Taggy on devices you own or control, under these terms. The free plan has the limits shown in the app. Pro removes them while your subscription is active.

You may not copy, resell or redistribute Taggy, remove or work around its purchase checks, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows this despite these terms.

2. Pro (Google Play)

Pro is a subscription bought in the app through Google Play. Google Play charges you, renews the subscription automatically until you cancel it, and handles refunds under its own policies. You can cancel at any time in Google Play; Pro continues until the end of the period you paid for. Prices are shown in Google Play before you buy.

3. Your files

Taggy works on files stored on your phone. Some actions change those files: "tag and hide" moves a file into Taggy's folder, and "delete" removes a file after the delay you set. You are responsible for the files you tag, move or delete, and for keeping backups of anything you can't afford to lose. Uninstalling Taggy deletes the files it moved into its folder. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we handle.

4. Changes and availability

We keep improving Taggy and may change or remove features. If we stop offering Pro, we will refund the unused part of prepaid periods where the law or Google Play's policy requires it.

5. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Taggy and uninstall it at any time. We may end your access to Pro if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, for example by circumventing purchase checks.

6. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, Taggy is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost files, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Taggy in the 12 months before it. This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, or anything the law does not allow us to limit.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without affecting your right as a consumer to bring a claim where you live.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can stop using Taggy and cancel your subscription.
